Thanks to numerically controlled sawing machines with automatic, semi-automatic, semi-automatic/dynamic and manual cycle operation (interconnected to the company production management system, according to Industry 4.0 standards) Helid is able to guarantee flexibility and speed in the preparation of the material to be processed

It is performed by means of 4-axis CNC lathes, equipped with a motorized turret and position rest, which can perform (internally) turning operations up to a diameter of 650 mm The interconnection to the company production management system (according to Industry 4.0 standards) allows Helid to be able to intervene quickly in production planning and to adapt to the dynamism of company urgencies

Vertical machining centers with FANUC CNC, equipped with 4 axis, allow Helid to internally carry out milling operations up to Z =700, Y=800, X=1400 mm Thanks to the interconnection to the company production management system (according to Industry 4.0 standards), Helid can quickly intervene in production planning and adapt to the dynamism of company urgencies

The slotting machine with tool detachment supplied with Helid can make (dedicated) slots up to 20 mm.
